Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in enquiries and complaints from customers professionally, efficiently and responsively.
Handle activation, termination, barring of calls for lost/stolen handsets, change of plans, updating of subscriber information/details and requests to activate/register for Value Added Services.
Handle bill payments and any other monetary transactions made by customers over the counter and ensure that the payments are recorded in the appropriate systems and credited into the customers account correctly and on a timely basis.
Handle customer service/loyalty booth at road show locations if assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1-2 years customer service experience preferably from the service industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages would be an added advantage)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge in handling general office equipment.
